Payment MUST be received upfront before i can begin work

*Refund Policy*

- A full refund can ONLY be issued before the sketch is completed. (**only applicable to commissions that include a sketch or have a sketch requested; see policy below.)

​

- After the sketch is complete, and before the full image is complete, you may claim a partial refund of 40%

​

- Once your image is complete you WILL NOT receive a refund

- I reserve the right to not post sketches of minor commissions (i.e. Icons, Sketches) UNLESS requested of the commissioner. Otherwise, the piece will be delivered to you when it's done. 

​

- Once the sketch is approved you have no right to any changes on your commission. (This includes but is not limited to: character changes, Major changes in design, or background changes) Minor changes will be taken case by case and may cost extra.

​

- Please do not pester me about commission completion dates. Unless a specific date was given, that was approved, commissions can take me up to 4 months to complete, I am a student in High School and about to go to College, life can get crazy for me. Generally, you will get your art within the month. 

​

- If there is a delay in the finishing if your art I WILL NOTIFY YOU

 

- Digital works require you to have a working email to send you a high quality version, Traditional work that is shipped requires your address first to determine shipping. 

 

- You may not commission an artist to edit my work.

​

-You may repost wherever you like, as well as create icons, stamps, ID's, etc.. You must keep my signature on the picture.

​

-Absolutely do not sell prints of my art or make money off it in any way, shape or form without my permission, approval or agreement first. Do not trace or claim that you drew it. You are not allowed to remove my signature from the work. You may not slander the art or me in any way.

 

- Payments are through PayPal ONLY, my preference is 'friends and family' (due to the fees they charge, it gets quite steep on cheaper commissions! You certainly do not have to though.) I must receive payment BEFORE starting your commission. If you've read the entire TOS, please put the words "hope nightingale" in your message to me. :3

 

- Snail Mail: If I am sending you traditional art, I am not responsible if it gets lost or stolen. Once it leaves my hands I am no longer in control of it. Do NOT try to guilt me into giving you free art. That will only result in anger and an extreme lack of empathy.
